Your tasks
- Management of development projects with a multidisciplinary team from the first customer meeting to the start of production
- Project-accompanying customer support in German and English from the preparation of the quotation to the completion of the projects
- Independent planning of the dependencies of strands of action and allocation of expenses and resources
- The targeted and precise tracking of project milestones as well as the analysis of project risks
- Supporting the analysis of specifications and derivation and tracking development times, costs and efforts
- Creation of project plans/documentation
- Co-design and optimization of development processes
Your profile
- A degree in technical or natural sciences
- Experience in project management, preferably in a regulated work environment (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceutical, or automotive)
- Knowledge and experience in hardware, software development and/or medical technology is an advantage
- You have a passion for technology
- You have an analytical and systematic way of thinkiing, good communication and persuasion skills, decision-making power and enjoy teamwork and creativity
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
