Teamlead Hardware Development (m/f/o)

Your tasks

  •  Development of analog and digital circuits as well as production-ready PCB layouts using Altium Designer
  • Development of concepts based on system requirements and derivation of hardware requirements
  • Assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of assemblies, test benches, and prototypes
  • Preparation and review of development documentation in German and English
  • Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and related departments on hardware-related topics
  • Coordinating operational workflows in collaboration with development management and project managers, and ensuring the quality of work within the team
  • Providing technical and managerial leadership for our six-person hardware team
  • Further developing the hardware team and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes

Your profile

  •  A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the development of analog and digital circuits, as well as in the production-ready layout of printed circuit boards
  • Ideally, experience in the development of medical technology and with the relevant standards
  • Experience with Altium Designer
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • At least two years of experience leading a development team
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
