Teamlead Hardware Development (m/f/o)

Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the hardware development team
  • Controlling, reviewing and optimizing work processes from an organizational and technical perspective and ensuring the quality of work in the team
  • Planning and managing the team's workload and the team budget
  • Supporting the analysis, evaluation and implementation of customer requirements
  • Development of system concepts based on system requirements and derivation of hardware requirements
  • Circuit design and circuit board layout for medical devices
  • Construction, commissioning and testing of electronic assemblies, test benches and prototypes
  • Creation and review of development-related documentation in German and English
     

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of experience in disciplinary and technical team leadership in the field of development
  • Practical experience in the design of analog and digital circuits as well as in the production-oriented layout of circuit boards
  • Ideally experience in the development of medical technology and the associated standards
  • Knowledge of electronics development with Altium Designer
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
