Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to team (approx. 30% managementduties, approx. 70% operational work)
Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, product concepts, and specifications
Creation and coordination of system requirements, system architectures, and technical interfaces
Close collaboration with project management, other development teams, and quality management
Linking requirements, risks, technical measures, and verification evidence
Evaluation of technical changes and support for system integration, verification, and technical reviews
Establishing and further developing operational system development methods, processes, and tools
Your profile
A successfully completed technical degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field
2–3 years of experience in disciplinary and/or technical leadership
Several years of experience in technical product development, ideally in the field of medical devices or other regulated products
Experience in requirements engineering, system architectures, risk analysis, system integration, and verification
In-depth understanding of regulated development processes, e.g., FDA, MDR, design control
A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a passion for establishing and refining processes
Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
