Team Lead System Development (m/f/o) 

Your tasks

  • Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to team (approx. 30% managementduties, approx. 70% operational work)
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, product concepts, and specifications
  • Creation and coordination of system requirements, system architectures, and technical interfaces
  • Close collaboration with project management, other development teams, and quality management
  • Linking requirements, risks, technical measures, and verification evidence
  • Evaluation of technical changes and support for system integration, verification, and technical reviews
  • Establishing and further developing operational system development methods, processes, and tools

Your profile

  • A successfully completed technical degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field
  • 2–3 years of experience in disciplinary and/or technical leadership
  • Several years of experience in technical product development, ideally in the field of medical devices or other regulated products
  • Experience in requirements engineering, system architectures, risk analysis, system integration, and verification
  • In-depth understanding of regulated development processes, e.g., FDA, MDR, design control
  • A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a passion for establishing and refining processes
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
