Education: Successfully completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), a degree in Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience as an IT generalist.
System Administration: Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, as well as hands-on experience with virtualization (Proxmox or similar).
Cloud & Workplace: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams) and, ideally, some experience with Entra ID and Power Automate.
Networking & Security: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and IT security, as well as an interest in legal IT standards (NIS2).
