Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting and controlling
- Technical and disciplinary management responsibility for employees in the Financial Accounting and Controlling department
- Corporate planning (forecast planning, financial planning, investment planning, budgeting)
- Calculation and sales pricing
- Close coordination and consultation with management on business relevant issues
- Communication with tax consultants, auditors, banks and insurance companies as well as contact person for colleagues
- Ensuring the proper and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Further development and improvement of commercial processes and controlling
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or comparable training
- Several years of sound professional and management experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel. Knowledge of Excel Pivot tables is an advantage.
- Experience in working with an ERP system
- Strong goal and results orientation as well as reliable and responsible working style
- Distinct analytical skills paired with organizational and implementation strengths typical of medium-sized companies
- Strong communication skills, initiative, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
