Team Lead Systems Engineers (m/f/o) 

Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team
  • Control, review, and optimization of work processes in organizational and technical terms, as well as ensuring the quality of work within the team
  • Planning and control of team workload and team budget
  • Analysis and evaluation of product concepts and customer specifications
  • Creation and maintenance of system requirements, architecture and interface descriptions
  • Close cooperation with project management, quality management, hardware, software, and mechanical development
  • Creation and review of technical documentation during product development
  • Further development of methods, processes, and tools in system engineering

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design
  • At least 3 years of experience in disciplinary and technical team leadership in the field of development
  • Very good knowledge of SolidWorks
  • Basic knowledge of electronic hardware is desirable
  • Spatial imagination and analytical thinking skills, coupled with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
