Project Manager Sales (m/f/o)

Your tasks

  • Customer service and key account management: You will establish long-term customer relationships, actively maintain them, and be a reliable contact person in all project phases.
  • Direct customer contact: You will independently conduct customer appointments, confidently represent BYTEC, and work with our customers to develop the product specifications for their projects.
  • Quotation calculation and presentation: You will assist in the preparation of quotations for development and manufacturing projects, taking into account both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Representation at industry events: You will represent BYTEC at national and international trade fairs, congresses, and events.
  • Market and trend analysis: You will observe the market, identify relevant trends, and derive ideas for our sales department.

Your profile

  • Technical enthusiasm and qualifications: You are interested in technology and have completed a technical degree—ideally in medical technology or a related field.
  • Professional experience:
    • You have experience in project sales, preferably in the field of complex technical products.
    • Knowledge of project management, medical device development, and regulatory affairs (CE, FDA) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills: You are confident, give convincing presentations, and communicate on an equal footing with customers and internal teams.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German and English (C1).
  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel approximately 20% of your working time to support customers on site and represent BYTEC at trade fairs; a driver's license is required.
  • Digital affinity: You are confident in using digital tools and efficient working methods.
