Your tasks

  • Preparation and follow-up of presentations and meetings according to specifications
  • Support in the creation of process and development documentation
  • Preparation of key data for development management
  • Pre-sorting of applications for the development department
  • Internal and external correspondence (independently and according to specifications) in German and English
  • Running our secretariat (from 2 to 4 p.m.) and deputizing for it in the event of vacation or illness

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • A strong organizational talent
  • Flexibility, initiative and team orientation
  • Quick comprehension as well as a structured and independent way of working
